In contrast to the official routes which have unidirectional signposting along the routes, this offer is devoid of them and therefore requires more attention from the cyclist. At times you will find signposts which may be complementary information and/or confirmation but which may be misleading. Also for this reason we recommend without hesitation:

– Download the gps data provided, print out the map attached to each offer and download the free Swiss Mobile app that lets you know where you are on the map and which contains the official MTB network. We also recommend that you have the official MTB map of Lugano Region, it does not include the “Monte Tamaro” routes but the official routes along which you ride. Also on sale at the departure station of the gondola at Rivera.

– Please inform yourself adequately about technical and physical exertion before starting the excursion.

– Prepare yourself for every kind of eventuality facing the excursion with respect and plan in time and in detail the preferred variant.
